Sol Pilates & Yoga provides personal training and group fitness programming in the Greater Markham area (Unionville, Cornell, Stouffville) and personal training and corporate fitness and workplace fitness programs in the Greater Toronto Area. Sol Pilates & Yoga group classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people to ensure the instructor can focus in on individual needs.
Personal Training! Sol Pilates & Yoga provides personal training using the Stott Professional Reformer and Stability Chair. Personal Training focuses on improving posture, muscle balance and conditioning. Specialized equipment ensures that you are working your body in proper alignment.
Walking Pilates at Too Good Pond. Mondays at 9AM and 6PM. Burn calories, improve your posture, get some fresh air and tone your muscles in this fun, fast-paced walking class.
Workplace Fitness! Corporate clients like IBM, Markham Stouffville Health Centre and local public schools have found a space and are benefitting form weekly Yogalates classes. Improve your posture, strengthen your core and improve flexibility - breathe life into your workplace!
